Hi! I didn't want to leave a msg on a public board about how I scammed my bf's company but you should totally look into the domestic partnership. My boyfriend's company just had us sign a piece of paper saying we're domestic partners, which in CA, can be established just by living together for 7 years. We never had to do anything, just "say" we were. It was really convenient! They gave us all the same benefits as being married.

I glanced at your profile and Arcata Animal Hospital jumped out at me. I was at a party not too long ago and met a girl my age who worked there but can't remember her name. We grilled, played pool and watched anime until all hours. Just wondering if that sounds familiar?

wow, that cool. i have only been in the county for about three years, do you think i could still say it without getting checked on my facts? also, i looked up a little about domestic partnerships, it looked to me like it was for older or same sex realtionships. I'm guessing that straight couples are not mentioned on most sites because it isn't as big of a deal, what with the politics and such lately.

hmmm, where was the party? I have a few friends who work there, my name is jessi and i don't recall being somewhere with pool (love it, but i suck) recently. My friend's annie, lucy and maddie work at AAH, but annie's is the only one i can see having time to party, lol.

Hey! Sorry about now responding, I totally spaced it! No one checked on us. We just signed something, lol. We're going to hell. And while it was traditionally for gay couples, it's fine if you're straight. We called it our fake gay marriage. Since we did it we've found lots of other people who did it too. It really sucks the things people have to go through to get insured in this country.

The party was in McKinleyville. The best part about talking to her was that she told me all the animal hospitals to stay away from! =)
